Movestorm® Open Trap bar 2.0
The Movestorm® Open Hex Bar 2.0 offers a number of additional options as opposed to a classic trap bar. You can enter and exit the bar with ease, and the open shape allows for a greater range of motion, offering a wider range of exercises such as lunges and carries. The bars design offers an integrated loading jack, which raises the loadable barbell sleeves high enough to allow for easy loading and unloading of bumper plates.
The textured matte black powder coated frame, and hardened chrome sleeves ensure an extremely durable and corrosion resistant bar.
The Open Hex Trap Bar 2.0 features three knurled handles with bearing, at alternate heights, either side of the bar. The narrower handles are 1 inch in diameter and offer up a grip that is similar to a barbell & dumbbell, 1.5 inch and were as the broader handles are 2 inch in diameter and are great for improving grip and forearm strength.
