Movestorm Super GHD

Movestorm Super GHD

Movestorm Super GHD brings GHD, reverse hyper, back extension, Nordic curl, and leg extension or curl training into one station. It gives you several ways to organise lower-body and core sessions around the same equipment.

Five Training Functions in One Station

• GHD: Set up for GHD sit-ups.
• Reverse hyper: Add reverse hyperextensions to your routine.
• Roman chair: Use the station for back and hip extensions.
• Nordic bench: Include Nordic curls in your hamstring sessions.
• Leg extension and curl: Train with the adjustable lever system.

Adjust the Setup for Each Movement

Adjustable footplate, ankle support, and angle settings let you change the configuration between exercises. Padded contact points support the setup, while transport wheels help you reposition the station.

Before starting a session, choose the exercise and set up the equipment for that movement. When switching exercises, check the support positions again rather than keeping the same setup for every variation.

Plan Your Movestorm Super GHD Sessions

Build your session around the movements in your training programme. You might use one function for focused practice or organise several exercises into separate blocks. For example, keep Nordic curl work in one block and core exercises in another.

Start with the exercises you already know, then introduce additional variations as you learn the setup. Select your repetitions, resistance, and rest periods according to your programme and experience.

Make Room for Your Training

When planning your gym layout, allow space to get on and off the equipment and to move through each exercise. Also consider access for changing the setup and handling any additional training equipment.
